John Colon is originally from New Orleans but came north to attend Dartmouth College, graduating in 1982. After a brief stint in investment banking in New York, he attended Harvard Business School and subsequently joined Greenwich Associates for the remainder of his career, retiring as a senior advisor in 2021.
John and his wife Deborah moved to Darien in 1991, where they raised their three children, David, Sarah and Michael, all of whom are Darien High School graduates. More recently, Deborah and John joined the down-sizing craze and moved to west Norwalk but can still see Darien from their backyard.
John’s interests include boating, skiing, paddle, pickleball, golfing and a bit of volunteering.
