Pat Gannon was born in Manhattan and raised in the Bronx.  He received a BBA degree in Economics and Management from St. John’s University where he played freshman basketball and varsity baseball, pitching for St John’s in the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska.
After graduation he joined IBM Corp in the Data Processing Division in White Plains, NY.  Pat met his wife, Charlotte at IBM, and they resided in Westchester County before moving to Rowayton 21 years ago.  Pat and Charlotte’s 4 children have blessed them with 9 grandchildren.
During Pat’s 51 years at IBM he worked in various Planning and Forecasting positions in multiple organizations; Corporate Hqs, Product Group, European Hqs and the IBM PC Division. Early in Pat’s IBM career he was a member of the USMC at Ft Schuyler in the Bronx, serving as a reservist for 6 years.
Since retiring Pat has been an active walking and hiking enthusiast, avid reader, and sports fan, as well as being a spectator for all of the grandchildren’s events and games. Pat has also enjoyed attending the Norwalk Lifetime Learners classes.
